How Delivery Works

Bakery bench with mixing bowls, timers, and labelled trays

We bake in small runs and load routes by postcode so boxes arrive within tidy windows. Ingredient cards sit in every box, and packing follows a simple checklist so items travel well and unpack quickly at your door.

If a slot shifts due to traffic or weather, we switch to the nearest window and message the update. The aim is a calm drop-off and bakes that feel fresh when you open the lid.

Delivery FAQs

Which days do you deliver?

Weekdays and Saturday mornings. Slots are grouped by postcode so couriers keep stops short and boxes cool.

How should I store items?

Most bakes keep well at room temperature on day one. Use the card inside for simple freezing and reheating notes.

Can I add a note for the courier?

Yes—leave a short instruction at checkout. We look for safe, dry spots if you’re not in.

Do you cover my area?

We focus on London postcodes. If you’re on the edge of the map, we’ll suggest the nearest window or the next day’s route.

Are there nuts or dairy?

Some items include them. Ingredient cards list everything clearly so you can choose what suits you best.

How big are the boxes?

Compact—easy to carry with one hand. Insulated crates sit in the van so boxes don’t shift between stops.
